Mainland UK Shipping
All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service Includes:

Delivery Days: Monday – Saturday

Estimated Delivery Time: 2–3 working days from dispatch

Tracking Information: A tracking number will be provided via email or can be viewed by checking your order status in your account

Delivery Notifications: Sent via SMS or email from Royal Mail

Standard shipping: £5.99

Free shipping on orders above £50

We currently do not offer international shipping

Dispatch & Processing Times
Dispatch Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed

In-Stock Items: We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding bank holidays).

Busy Periods: During peak seasons such as new set releases, Black Friday, and Christmas, dispatch times may extend to 3–5 working days due to higher order volumes.

If there are any expected delays, this will always be clearly stated at the top of our website.

Pre-Orders
Pre-Order Dispatch: Pre-order items are shipped within 2 working days of arriving at our warehouse.

Mixed Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will be shipped once all items are available.

To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders for pre-order and in-stock products.

Additional Information
We strive to ensure that every order is processed as quickly as possible. During high-demand periods or public holidays, there may be slight delays, but we always work hard to get your collectibles dispatched promptly.
